The standards of conduct expected of every member of the Institute, in the practice of their profession and as members of the body. This draft will be approved by Council upon the Institute's establishment. ئەو ستانداردانەی ڕەفتار کە چاوەڕوانن لە هەموو ئەندامێکی دەزگاکە، لە پراکتیکی پیشەکەیان و وەک ئەندامانی لایەنەکە. ئەم ڕەشنووسە دوای دامەزراندنی دەزگاکە لەلایەن ئەنجوومەنەوە پەسەند دەکرێت.
This Code sets out the standards of professional conduct expected of all members of the Kurdistan Institute for Professional Development. By accepting membership, members undertake to be bound by this Code in the practice of their profession and in their conduct as members of the Institute. ئەم ڕێسایە ستانداردەکانی ڕەفتاری پیشەیی دادەنێت کە چاوەڕوانن لە هەموو ئەندامانی دەزگای کوردستان بۆ پەرەپێدانی پیشەیی. بە پەسەندکردنی ئەندامێتی، ئەندامەکان دەبنە پابەند بەم ڕێسایە لە پراکتیکی پیشەکەیان و لە ڕەفتاریان وەک ئەندامانی دەزگاکە.
Members shall act with honesty, candour, and probity. They shall not knowingly mislead, deceive, or misrepresent. They shall be truthful in all professional communications and dealings. ئەندامەکان دەبێت بە ڕاستگۆیی، ڕاشکاوی و ئەخلاقەوە کار بکەن. نابێت بە ئاگاییەوە ڕێنمایی هەڵە بدەن، فریو بدەن یان نمایشی هەڵە بکەن. دەبێت ڕاستگۆ بن لە هەموو پەیوەندی و مامەڵە پیشەییەکاندا.
Members shall undertake only work for which they are competent by reason of qualification, experience, and continuing practice. They shall acknowledge the limits of their competence and seek assistance where appropriate. ئەندامەکان تەنها دەبێت ئەو کارانە بکەن کە شایستەی ئەنجامدانیانن لە ڕووی شایستەیی، ئەزموون و پراکتیکی بەردەوامەوە. دەبێت ئاگادار بن لە سنوورەکانی شایستەییان و لە شوێنی گونجاودا داوای یارمەتی بکەن.
Members shall respect the confidentiality of information acquired in the course of professional work. Information shall not be disclosed without proper authority, save where disclosure is required by law or by overriding public interest. ئەندامەکان دەبێت ڕێز لە نهێنیپارێزی ئەو زانیاریانە بگرن کە لە کاتی کاری پیشەییدا دەستیان دەکەوێت. زانیاری نابێت ئاشکرا بکرێت بەبێ ڕێگەپێدانی ڕاستەقینە، جگە لە شوێنانێک کە ئاشکراکردن لەلایەن یاسا داوا کراوە یان لەلایەن بەرژەوەندیی گشتی سەرووترەوە.
Members shall identify, disclose, and properly manage actual, potential, and perceived conflicts of interest. They shall not allow personal interest to compromise their professional judgement or the interests of those they serve. ئەندامەکان دەبێت نەکۆکییە ڕاستەقینە، گومانلێکراو و چاوەڕواکراوەکانی بەرژەوەندی دیاری بکەن، ئاشکرایان بکەن و بە دروستی بەڕێوەیان ببەن. نابێت ڕێگە بدەن بەرژەوەندی کەسی داوەری پیشەییان یان بەرژەوەندی ئەو کەسانە کە خزمەتیان دەکەن لاواز بکات.
Members hold a duty to the institutions they serve and to the wider profession. They shall act in a manner that preserves and enhances the standing of the profession and the institutions of the Kurdistan Region. ئەندامەکان ئەرکیان هەیە بەرامبەر بەو دامەزراوانە کە خزمەتیان دەکەن و بەرامبەر بە پیشە فراوانتر. دەبێت بە شێوەیەک کار بکەن کە پێگەی پیشەکە و دامەزراوەکانی هەرێمی کوردستان بپارێزن و بەرز بکەنەوە.
Members shall maintain and develop their professional knowledge and skills throughout their career, and shall maintain a continuing-practice (CPD) record as the Council may require. ئەندامەکان دەبێت زانیاری و کارامەییە پیشەییەکانیان لە درێژایی کاریگەرییدا بپارێزن و گەشەی پێ بدەن، و دەبێت تۆماری بەردەوامی پراکتیک (CPD) بپارێزن وەک کە ئەنجوومەن داوای دەکات.
Allegations of breach of this Code shall be considered by the Standards Board under procedures approved by Council. Sanctions may range from advice and admonition to suspension and, in serious cases, removal from the register. تۆمەتەکانی پێشێلکردنی ئەم ڕێسایە لەلایەن ئەنجوومەنی ستانداردەوە لەژێر کارپێکراوەکانی پەسەندکراو لەلایەن ئەنجوومەن ڕەچاو دەکرێن. سزاکان لەوانەیە لە ڕاوێژکاری و ئاگاداری تا هەڵپەسێردن و، لە حاڵەتە جددییەکاندا، لابردن لە تۆمارەوە بگرن.
This Code shall be reviewed by Council at intervals of no greater than three years and may be amended in response to changes in the profession or in society. Amendments take effect upon publication. ئەم ڕێسایە لەلایەن ئەنجوومەنەوە لە ماوەی نا زیاتر لە سێ ساڵ پێداچوونەوەی پێ دەکرێت و لەوانەیە بەپێی گۆڕانکارییەکان لە پیشە یان لە کۆمەڵگادا چاکسازی بکرێت. چاکسازییەکان لە کاتی بڵاوکردنەوەدا کار دەکەن.
